1) The Chairman opens the meeting
2) Apologies
3) Declaration of interests
4) To suspend the business of the Council to allow members of the public to make
observations or put questions to the Council.
( The first item will be the monthly Police report, followed by any guest speaker and then the public )
5) To confirm the minutes of the previous Parish Council meeting.
6) Matters arising.
7) To consider current planning applications and to receive monthly planning application outcomes.
8) To receive and consider inward correspondence.
9) Urgent matters brought forward at the Chairman’s discretion
10) To receive reports from District and County Councillors on matters affecting Wembury.
11) To receive reports from Committees and Representatives as appropriate.
12) To receive the monthly Financial Report.
13) Exchange of information – no decisions may be made on items raised under this heading.
